AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

1.Have a business / service supplying the Probate Research Industry.

2.Professional Indemnity Insurance cover to a minimum £2 Million.

3. Professional Liability Insurance cover to a minimum £2 Million.

4. Minimum of three professional references.

5. Have a business website.

6. Confirmation of Trading History under company name for last two years

7. Confirmation via companies house that the company is solvent.

8. Have a business / service supplying the Probate Research Industry.

9. Applying firm must be accepted by one or more Founding Members.

2. The right to publicise you are a Regulated Firm

3. Inclusion on our PIPRA Member List

4. Access to exclusive PIPRA Member benefits

5. To promote your agreement to our PIPRA Code of Conduct / Code of Ethics and Professional Standards

6. Reassurance for your clients you are working to the highest Standards and Ethics

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

1.Professional Indemnity Insurance cover to a minimum £2 Million.

2. Professional Liability Insurance cover to a minimum £2 Million.

3. Minimum of three professional references.

4. Have a business website.

5. Confirmation of Trading History under company name for last two years

6. Confirmation via companies house that the company is solvent.

7. Minimum of 3 Full time staff members

8. Company or owner/s must not have been subject to legal proceedings relating to their work or that portrays negatively on the industry in the last 5 years.

9. Applying firm must be accepted by one or more Founding Members.

2. Minimum of two professional reference.

3. Have a business website.

4. Applicant must be accepted by one or more Founding Members.

In applying for membership, an individual / firm / affiliate agrees to abide, where possible, by the following as adopted by PIPRA (and available at www.thepipra.org):

a) The Memorandum of Articles of Association

b) The Conduct Code and Code of Ethics

c) The Complaints Procedure

d) The Professional Standards of the association as adopted from time to time
